Ms. Lee Taylor has been a licensed Realtor in Maryland for the last 19 years. Throughout the years, she has gained knowledge and experience which includes real estate research, valuation of residential and commercial properties with an emphasis on residential appraisal, the management of both residential and commercial real estate, real estate development, and construction.Lee has earned a name for herself as an area expert because she has exposure to all aspects of the local real estate market and continues to obtain considerable experience working from scratch development and building of affordable and luxurious residential estate properties.
She is a high-touch professional known for her extensive market knowledge and will bring flexible programs will full devotion to The Agency Institute of Real Estate.
Being fueled with a passion for what she does and who she is, Lee delivers substance and material that matters to the students. Her goal is to make a lasting impact on the real estate industry. Lee’s application of modern adult education theory to real estate led her to the real estate education field. Today most real estate educators utilize the techniques she pioneered.
The Agency Institute of Real Estate was established to provide the educational tools needed for Maryland real estate licensees by offering high-quality continuing education and professional development programs. Lee, understands that real estate encompasses a wide variety of specialties, besides residential, resale and brokerage. She is offering a wide range of course topics in the school.
Brenda Kasuva attained her Bachelor’s degree in Computer information systems at Towson University. After graduation, she managed to get a job as a Help Desk specialist at Realty Tools, the creators of ToolkitCMA. During her time there she got to help real estate professionals navigate through the program and use it in their business. Curiosity as to what goes on the other side of the phone calls; she got her Maryland Real estate license in July 2004. The growth continued when she accepted a position as a corporate technology Trainer in 2007. At this position, she got to travel through MD, DC, VA and DE for five (5) years gaining experience in training Technology tools to Real estate agents of a big franchise company. During this time, she also attained her master’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing from University of Baltimore. All the tools, knowledge and with continued professional development she is now an Educator of several courses that include: 60-hour Licensing course, Continuing education courses, designation/certifications, and other real estate courses. She has completed several designation/certifications which include At Home with Diversity, Accredited Buyer Representative, ePRO, Generation Buy, Expanded Housing Opportunities, Pricing Strategies, Workforce Housing Certification (now known as Housing Opportunity Certification), 2020 Maryland REALTORS Leadership Academy. She is currently working on her completing her GRI designation. In addition to teaching, Brenda has a pre-teen that keeps her on her toes.
Malik J. Tuma has been involved with real estate most of his professional life. Prior to becoming an Associate Broker in 2013, he practiced law concentrating in real estate matters. As a Broker, Realtor®, a manager, a builder, a consultant, instructor, title and closing agent, or as counsel, Malik has represented first time home buyers and sellers, commercial property buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants and builders in the redevelopment of residential properties, rental properties, and commercial properties and taught pre-licensing and continuing education to real estate professionals for over three decades. Additionally, his background in tutoring students for standardized testing brings invaluable experience to his methodology of teaching and the real life applications during the learning process.
Ayesha Leonard-Kabir, is a current Instructor for The Agency Estate Institute. Ayesha is a lifelong resident of Baltimore. She started her real estate career in the early 1990s. Ayesha, continue to sell, invest, develop, and appraise real esate thoughout Maryland. She graduated from Stevenson University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and an Associate in Construction Management from Baltimore County Community College. She will be teaching the Principles and Practices of Real Estate for The Agency Estate Institute. Her passion for helping others achieve their selling, and personal real estate goals. She is one of the most respected and sought after professionals in Maryland’s real estate industry. Ayesha is also the Director for Access Appraisal Network, a residential appraisal firm in Maryland
Blair Antoinette Woodson, a native Baltimore. MD with roots that extend to our nation’s capital, Washington DC. She has the unique privilege to be a part of The Agency Institute of Real Estate.
Blair brings real-world experience to her classroom. Her career passions are Real Estate and Development Training. Blair’s Real Estate journey began in 2015. She joined the prestigious full-service boutique brokerage of The Agency Maryland Real Estate Firm in October 2018 because of the brokerage’s Vision, Mission and Core Values mirror her personal beliefs.
Blair makes a great real estate educational instructor because she holds expertise in adult education and training in one on one and classroom settings. She obtained knowledge through experience in the roles as a sales coach, mentor, and credentialed trainer for various corporations.
Moreover, Blair is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR) and Women's Council of Realtors Greater Baltimore (WCRB). Blair also holds a prestigious ABR (Accredited Buyer's Rep) designation and a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor)
Blair’s teaching philosophy is that consistency should be first and foremost when it comes to instruction. Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare industries prepared her to catapult into the desired career of real estate. She has exemplary skills in client service, communication, and negotiation strategies.
Blair would bring out the best in high school students with her exceptional skills and expertise. Credited as an expert in negotiations and creative problem-solving Blair is tenacious and persuasive and yet always compassionate and informative.
